How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The order will be processed within 24 hours and delivery can be expected to most urban destinations within 1-2 working days. Please allow an extra one or two days for rural deliveries. Note: Deliveries are not normally made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
How safe is my credit card transaction?
We have selected the online payment system Payment Express because of the high security. It provides a best practice system used to facilitate electronic payments throughout the world. Footcom does not receive or hold any of your credit card details. All the financial transactions are processed through Payment Express.
How will my product be delivered?
Your order will be from our warehouse using NZ Couriers, Courier Post or Castle Parcels. Please ensure you provide us with a physical delivery address, we cannot send parcels to PO Boxes. Note: All our parcels require a signature on delivery so it is important that the address you provide will have someone there to sign for the parcel.
Is my order guaranteed to be supplied in full?
While we endeavour to ensure all items advertised on the site are in stock, there may be rare occasions where items have sold out. In these instances, we will contact you to inform you of the expected time of arrival or alternative product options.
The product I received is faulty or different to what I ordered. What should I do?
If you feel the goods received are unsatisfactory or faulty please send us an email with an explanation so we can consider a refund or replacement. Alternatively, get in touch with us on 0800 366 826 and we will discuss it with you.
What are the delivery charges?
Orders in New Zealand incur a $7.00 shipping cost, where applicable. Please note: this site does not cater for international orders.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 working days, contact us by email or phone and we will follow it up with the courier company.
